HAWK Biosystems receives a €5M boost from EIC Accelerator!

HAWK Biosystems (trademark of FASTBASE SOLUTIONS SL), biotech company located in the BIC Bizkaia of the Bizkaia Technology Park, has been selected as one of the only 42 European companies to receive support from the EIC Accelerator.

Funding:

2.5M€ grant from 2024.
Co-investment of up to €2.5M from the European Investment Bank (50% of €5M) in a round that the company plans to close in early 2025.

Impact:

Will accelerate the clinical market introduction of its technology.
It will improve the lives of cancer patients.

Recognition:

1,083 DeepTech companies from across Europe applied. Only 42 were selected. This reflects the hard work, innovation and perseverance that characterise the HAWK Biosystems team,
which with the support received will accelerate the clinical market introduction of its technology to make a significant impact on improving the lives of cancer patients.
