Overview of 3D Printing Services at BIC Bizkaia

Last octuber 29, the BIC hosted the awards ceremony of the I. Edition of the PROVIDER program, whose winners were:
BEITXU STUDIOS: Pedagogical project with the aim of applying Virtual Reality in VET, trying to optimize the learning process and shorten distances in the VET-Company relationship, developing virtual reality simulators for any type of training. ZORIONAK BEITXU!
BIRZIPLASTIC: Project focused on recycling plastic through a system that does not generate odors or gases and that works at low voltage focused on the automotive sector and releasing waste from recyclers of end-of-life vehicles. The project tries to achieve “zero waste” ZORIONAK BIRZIPLASTIC!
The conference was attended by Joseba Mariezkurrena, Director of Entrepreneurship and Business Competitiveness of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, Jon Labaka Director of TKNIKA, Olatz Goitia General Director of BEAZ, Pili Alonso Director of Applied Innovation in Strategic Environments and Amaia Romero Responsible of BIC Bizkaia.
In addition, the II. Edition of the program has been started with the Digital Transformation (Blockchain, Big Data, IoT) conference with the collaboration of KAYTEK, which has shown us that digital transformation is possible and is the future of our industry.
With Rubén Molina, CEO of the startup INNITIUS located at the BIC, we have learned about the entrepreneurial experience in a sector as complex as the health sector.
