BIC BIZKAIA today hosts the European COHES3ION Project in which European partners from more than 8 countries participate. During the day the different multilevel governance initiatives that exist in the territory will be shown and the consolidation of smart specialization strategies will be discussed. In addition, European partners will have the opportunity to visit BIC BIZKAIA and its companies as a successful model of multilevel governance.
